1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–10 working days.

2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over €39. Orders under €39 have a flat shipping fee of €3.99.

3. Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is fully encrypted and powered by Shopify, and we never see or store your card details.

4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it at any time on our Track My Order page.

5. How does your money-back guarantee work?
Every order is protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you ordered one bottle, simply email us and we'll refund you in full — there's nothing to send back. If you ordered more than one, just return any unopened bottles and we'll refund your order in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Can I exchange my order?
As Essilora is built around a single formula, we don't offer exchanges — but our 60-day money-back guarantee means you're always covered.

7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll send you a replacement straight away, at no extra cost.
